Description:
We seek a highly motivated and strategic ABM Growth Marketing Manager to lead and execute targeted marketing initiatives that drive growth and deepen relationships with key accounts. This role intersects account-based marketing (ABM) and growth strategy, focusing on creating personalized, data-driven campaigns that engage high-value prospects and nurture long-term client partnerships.
As the ABM Growth Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to identify target accounts, craft compelling value propositions, and deliver tailored marketing strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives. You will play a critical role in scaling revenue growth, improving customer acquisition, and enhancing account retention across enterprise and mid-market segments.
Key Responsibilities:
• ABM Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns tailored to high-value accounts, leveraging data insights to inform messaging and tactics.
• Growth Marketing Initiatives: Identify opportunities for targeted growth through personalized outreach, content creation, and demand generation strategies.
• Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals, creating seamless hand-offs and fostering alignment on account priorities.
• Customer Insights: Leverage account research and intent data to understand prospect challenges and position solutions effectively.
• Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end campaigns, including email, social media, paid ads, events, and direct mail, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., engagement, pipeline influence, ROI), using data to refine strategies and demonstrate marketing impact.
• Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and a key point of contact for engaging target accounts.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in account-based marketing, B2B marketing, or enterprise marketing, or B2B sales roles.
• Strong understanding of ABM principles, tools, and platforms.
• Demonstrated success in creating personalized, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable growth.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales and product teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for results.
• Experience targeting enterprises, startups, or mid-market accounts is a plus.
This is a full-time, in-person role in our Union Square office.
