Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available

Salary: $51,000–$65,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

As an Advertising Traffic and Operations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the development, maintenance and execution of all advertising traffic and programming duties for The Ramsey Network.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have a passion for The Ramsey Show and our principles – an avid follower of the show is ideal, but familiarity is a must!
• You have 1-2 years of experience in operations, advertising, marketing, digital media programming or similar job functions.
• You pay attention to detail and have excellent organization skills.
• You communicate with ease, both in writing and verbally.
• You can effectively and efficiently context switch.
• You enjoy routine and structure in your role.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Continuously optimize ad spot delivery through enhanced client services, campaign management, and implementation to meet revenue goals.
• Set and maintain realistic timelines in alignment with the sales workflow.
• Work closely with Ramsey Trusted’s VP of National Providers, Relationship Managers and Account Executives, as well as Ramsey Solutions’ marketers.
• Oversee daily Podcast QA and editing duties as needed.
