What You'll Do:

Assist in leading fun and engaging learning activities that promote children's development

Ensure a safe and positive environment for all children

Monitor and track children's progress and development

Compensation:

Hourly Pay: $15.00 to $16.00 (based on education and experience)

Who We're Looking For:

Whether you have prior experience in early childhood education or are looking to transition from another field—such as customer service, healthcare, or retail—we welcome individuals who love working with children and want to make a difference in their lives.

Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Professional Development Units/Credits (preferred but not required)

At least 6 months of experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center

Prior experience working with the assigned age group

Ability to meet state and accreditation requirements

Comfortable using standard office equipment such as a laptop and smartphone
