As the community center of the University, the Illini Union draws together all members of the University with approximately 16,000 visits of students, faculty, staff, alumni, and guests on a daily basis. We are seeking individuals with diverse backgrounds who can help create and foster communities that strive toward this vision. Job Summary
Provide leadership for human resource processes and developing strategies to support the shared services for the AHW units to include but not limited to the Illini Union, Student Affairs Technology, Counseling Center, University Parking, and AHW Marketing.

Appointment Information
This is a 100% full-time Civil Service 5020 - Human Resource Associate position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after the posting closes. The salary range for this position is: $95,000 - 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule (remote work and in-person work in Urbana-Champaign each week).
