Job Description

They are a boutique IP law firm with IP litigation and patent prosecution practices. The firm has stable and growing list of generic pharmaceutical clients.

The Founder came from an AmLaw65 firm. There has been no turnover of hired attorneys. No minimum billable hours.

REQUIREMENTS
Degree in biology, chemistry, or related field. Pharmaceutical litigation experience is required if no bio/chem/related degree. Candidates with strong background (advance degree preferred) and patent prosecution experience in chemistry/pharma/life sciences will also be considered.

Foreign language knowledge is a substantial plus.
