Signing Agent Jobs ( is seeking for someone to fill the position of an Auto Title Notary Public to work virtually in the U.S. only. JOB TYPES: FT/PT; MUST be a U.S. citizen. SUMMARY: As an Auto Title Notary Public, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transfer of vehicle ownership by conducting virtual notarizations for auto title transfers.

THE ROLE…

Conduct virtual notarizations for auto title transfers, maintaining the integrity of signatures. Verify the identities of both buyers and sellers through secure video conferencing platforms. Witness the virtual signing of parties involved in auto title transfers. Keep meticulous records of notarized virtual auto title transfers. Remain informed about state-specific regulations for virtual auto title notarizations. Provide clear explanations to clients about the importance of notarized auto title transfers and related legal implications in a virtual environment.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

High school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in. Prior experience in auto title transfers or virtual notarization is a plus. Comprehensive knowledge of auto title transfer procedures and virtual notarization laws. Proficiency in using secure video conferencing and virtual document management platforms. Excellent communication skills for virtual interactions. Attention to detail and the ability to manage virtual documentation accurately. Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up. PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
