Position: Cabinet Maker (Experienced)

Pay Rate: DOE

Classification: Temp to Perm
Location: Contact office representative

SUMMARY: Cabinet Makers are responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing wooden cabinetry. They design and produce tailored cabinet sets to fit specific areas. 

We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and agile Cabinet Maker. The candidate must be capable of performing physical tasks for prolonged durations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create both standard and custom cabinet components.
• Strategically plan and organize work processes to guarantee timely project completion.
• Resize materials as required.
• Examine finished products to confirm accurate construction and proper application of finishes.
• Choose suitable materials, fittings, and tools for each specific task.

Requirements:

• High School diploma, GED, or Equivalent.
• Completion of a training program or apprenticeship is beneficial.
• Experienced working in the cabinetry industry.
• Strong arithmetic abilities are required.
• Proficiency in using a tape measure is essential.
• Excellent teamwork skills are necessary.
• A keen attention to detail is highly important.
• Capability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality is crucial.
• Physical fitness is required, including the ability to move easily and lift up-to 50 pounds.
• Adherence to instructions, safety protocols, and procedures is mandatory.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction, materials, and finishes, along with effective communication skills is needed.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings.
• Must be capable to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
