Unified is looking for a quick-thinking problem-solver to join our fast-growing Ad Ops team. Unified’s Campaign Coordinators work alongside our team of Media Buyers assisting on high-velocity marketing initiatives across all verticals. We are a fast-paced, growing tech startup with a culture of autonomy and accountability, perfect for people who love making a visible impact.

What you'll do:

  • Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of across Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms

  • Perform QA of specific tasks to ensure campaign details align with client media plans

  • Analyse and report back on campaign performance

  • Use Microsoft Excel to modulate data to prepare it for use by the Unified team

  • Work with teams to pull reporting, and provide insights and recommendations

  • Ready to support any ad hoc requests by the Campaign Management team

  • Participate in daily team meetings, weekly training, quarterly company-wide meetings, and more

  • Work with and shadow members of different teams to gain a 360 perspective of the company

  • Collaborate with other team members to improve client relationships and internal processes

Need to have:

  • Previous work in digital or social media is preferred, but not required

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Suite products

  • Demonstrated ability to learn and work with new technology

  • Ability to communicate with teams internally and across several time zones

  • Problem-solving mentality with a high attention to detail

  • A can-do proactive attitude; you hate having nothing to do and are willing to jump in on tasks
