JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform machining and in-process inspection as outlined by shop paperwork, process documentation, engineering drawings, and quality requirements.
Identify cost reduction and productivity improvement opportunities.
Demonstrates a high degree of proficiency in the setup, operation, and care of machinery.
First Article Inspection - adhere to dimensions and tolerances found on blueprints.
Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
Perform standard and periodic maintenance on equipment.
Follow all safety procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have 2 to 3 years of job shop experience
Experience in the setup, operating and troubleshooting of the machinery
Experience running Lathe / Mill Machines - Specifically 'VTL'
Experience machining in metals
Have your own tools and knowledge of inspection equipment - calipers, micrometers, fixed gauges, etc.

Toyoda FA800 HMC - Fanuc 16i M
Toyoda FV1565 - Fanuc Oi MD
Feeler VB-1650 - Fanuc Oi MD
Leblond Makino KE55 - Professional JN
