Salary: $50.00 to $85.00

Shift Information: Monday to Friday OR Tuesday to Saturday

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) or Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our dynamic team. The focus is on providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Delivering tailored therapy to a diverse patient group.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
• Clinical Skills: Utilizing strong clinical skills with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Communication: Maintaining clear communication with patients, families, and team members about treatment goals and progress.
• Documentation: Keeping accurate and timely records of patient care activities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate degree for COTAs; Advanced degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLPs.
• Licensure: Must have a valid California state license in the respective field.
• Experience: Prior experience in post-acute settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Language Skills: Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly valued.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
