Setting up 2025 projects in Smartsheets
Transferring existing Smartsheets projects from the old process to the newly created
process
Creating and managing timelines and timeline templates in Smartsheet for CRM
projects
Leading project management weekly meetings with CRM team
Identifying and managing team resourcing and bandwidth
Updating process, reports, dashboards, and functional usage of Smartsheets
Keeping project management processes and documentation up to date using Loom to
record videos
Assisting other team members on the Digital Engagement team with their Smartsheet's
needs - setting up dashboard, reports, processes, and training for them.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience using Smartsheets for project management for a digital marketing
team, large cross department projects and small team projects.
Proven experience creating custom reports, dashboards, and views in Smartsheets
Experience managing multiple projects at one time
Experience working with many department and project stakeholders at one time
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related fie
3 - 5 years previous project management experience for large brands or organization
