Job Description

What you´ll do

  • Accountable for customer facing activities/customer experience, acting as single point of contact for customer, adopting a customer centric mindset.
  • Run order to cash and customer service case management, focusing mainly on customer interaction related activities (in/outbound.)
  • Build customer relationships; effectively utilize customer service systems and tools (SAP & Salesforce), driving efficiencies and providing feedback to contribute to improvements.
  • Provide high quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention via positive customer interaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal partners, judging and aligning priorities to meet customer needs vs. supply chain capabilities. 
  • Prioritize own workflow, ensure work is completed with productivity, quality & timeliness; use KPI's and reports to monitor own performance to ensure business continuity and enhance efficiencies. 

What makes you a good fit

  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a Customer Service / Supply Chain / Sales role required; within a manufacturing organization preferred.
  • Ability to communicate for impact and build strong relationships using a customer centric mindset.
  • Detail oriented with accountability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration within cross functional teams for process optimization.
  • Ability to recognize urgency, adapt quickly to changes, and demonstrate resilience.
  • SAP and Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
  • Aerospace experience is preferred.

The salary for this role is $56,000.00 - $65,000.00 . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
