Our primary objective is to identify and give outreach to the community who qualify for assistance in this program with the goal of fostering long term stability for individuals and families.

Position Summary of the Customer Service Representative:

Our company needs to fill several positions within our Customer Service Division. The position requires the individual to be trained in our government-funded program and know the compliance requirements for the services of our wireless devices. The representative will qualify the consumer and make sure that all documentation is cleared to be a participant in the government-funded program. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for helping families in person directly so we can better understand their needs. 

Tasks of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Must be able to maintain and develop positive in-person sales relationships throughout the community to build trust
  • Train for product terms and conditions to explain the transparency of the program to each potential individual
  • Familiar with competing sources for assistance while strictly adhering to the government-funded program guidelines 
  • Ability to manage all of your inventory
  • Collaborating with 5- 10 representatives at in-person events

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to program necessities
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfort taking initiative to learn the data needs of the program, determine and generate corresponding data reports, and share findings on an on-going basis.
  • Courteous and pleasant manners.
  • Customer service and organization skills.
  • Good judgment and commitment to ensuring the confidentiality of the participant’s records.
  • Professional demeanor.
