Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst Intern who will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining comprehensive data structures, creating interactive dashboards and data visualization, and supporting analysis of customer data pertaining to medical devices in the realms of blood and cell technologies. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real-world data analytics, including application of AI, within the healthcare sector and contribute directly to impactful projects.

Essential Duties

  • Performs planned work to accomplish project goals and provide experience and familiarization with business or IT processes, independent thinking, and company practices and policies.
  • Communicates and seeks clarification frequently with co-workers, customers, or vendors to discuss information or issues related to specifics of assigned programs and projects.
  • Gathers User Needs and insights to inform direction of assigned programs and projects.
  • Assists in developing solutions to problems of moderate to intermediate complexity; interprets, executes and recommends modifications to operating policies where appropriate.
  • Displays a positive, proactive approach to problem solving that are routine or non-routine in nature within area of expertise.
  • Assists with analyzing data and produce reports or summaries as necessary.
  • Assists in accurate data entry into computer databases or company files.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Education

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree.
  • Could be pursuing a Master’s degree.

Experience

No prior experience required.

Skills

  • Expanded knowledge of business or IT processes.
  • Ability to apply general business or IT concepts to support department or company projects.
  • Ability to analyze problems, contribute to decisions, and assist in the design and implementation of solutions to resolve business or IT issues that are moderate to intermediate in complexity.
  • Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications and skills to use them effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Target Pay Range: $24.00 to $30.00 - Hourly pay rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
