DraftNote Design We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to input and manage data accurately and efficiently. This position is vital to maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our company's records.

Pay:

$19.50 - $31.00 per hour

Job:

Full time 

Responsibilities:

• Input, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
• Verify the accuracy of information before entering it into the system.
• Perform regular data backups to secure sensitive information.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy retrieval.
• Generate reports as required and ensure they are delivered on time.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
