This position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with data entry tools, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and company systems.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data by cross-referencing with source documents.
• Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation for easy retrieval.
• Follow established data entry procedures and guidelines.

• Generate and review reports to ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or office administration are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and/or data entry software.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
