Core Competencies:
Minimum of 1 year dental front office experience
CPR Certification
Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus, but not required as we will provide training
Essential Functions:
Excellent phone answering/communication skills (You are the first impression of our team!)
Impeccable organization for record keeping
Willingness to be flexible and accommodating for patients
Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness, and service
Mastery in insurance, billing, payments, and scheduling
