Job Description

Hansen Talent Group is looking for an experienced Developer III to join our team, supporting a large enterprise client in Columbia, SC. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and collaboration skills to design, develop, and maintain complex applications. (Hybrid – 1 day per week onsite)

What you'll do:

• Engage in all phases of application systems analysis and design.
• Develop applications based on system specifications to support key information systems processes.
• Prepare and refine detailed program specifications for complex applications.
• Design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Conduct research to formulate scope and objectives, creating or modifying complex systems to meet project goals.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proficient in application development, QA, and integration for mainframe, midrange, and PC/LAN environments.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Collaborative team player with effective interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Familiar with project management principles and relationship-building with clients and vendors.
