Marketing strategy is a somewhat ubiquitous term nowadays, but our team is looking for someone specifically trained in the oversight of various digital marketing campaigns. Ranging from paid and organic search efforts to programmatic and social media strategy, we have an opportunity for an experienced analyst who looks at a client’s marketing from a holistic perspective. We are looking for someone who doesn’t shy away from numbers and excels in objective reasoning, all while being able to deliver results and be held to a campaign’s overall performance. If you understand the strengths and weaknesses of services like SEO, PPC, and Remarketing, while having a firm grasp of audience targeting, you could be the right fit for Gatorworks.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective clients, assess their needs, and craft a digital marketing strategy
• Meet with clients to assess whether the determined strategy is creating a positive ROI for them 
• Analyze performance metrics to ensure positive outcomes and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Conveying strategic ideas to clients, Account Managers, and specialists at Gatorworks 
• Conducting SEO Audits on prospective client sites and their presence on search engines
• Optimizing content written by our team for SEO purposes
• Address analytics and digital marketing-related inquiries from clients promptly and effectively.
• Reporting on Digital Marketing implementation and ongoing services
• Inspecting and auditing Pay-Per-Click Campaigns for sales prospects. 
• Provide strategic directions for digital marketing efforts across all digital marketing services and platforms on a per-client basis 
• Work with website design team to implement digital marketing best practices for increased conversions
• Communicate and clarify reporting and analysis to clients 
• Review, audit, and revise elements of other digital marketing campaigns to optimize for better results.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience working in the digital marketing industry and understanding of client business needs
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing with the following subject matter: SEO/SEM/Social/Display
• Broad knowledge of the digital marketing industry
• Associate or Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, digital advertising, or a related field
• Superior organizational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail
• Proven experience formulating and driving successful digital strategy or digital advertising plans
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with experience working with all levels of an organization, including C-level executives
• Ability to identify, articulate, and defend insights and recommendations to our digital marketing team
• Aptitude for uncovering and analyzing clients’ spoken and unspoken goals and needs
• A positive, problem-solving attitude

Bonus Points:

• Proficient in creating, interpreting, researching, and using insights from Google Analytics
• Ability to analyze Google Ads, SEO Campaigns, Targeted Display campaigns
• Skill with email marketing, social media marketing, and/or content marketing
• Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hubspot, or related certifications
