Salary: $65,800–$86,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit-stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).

What You’d Do in This Role:

You will have the opportunity to design a product that provides life changing education to high school students across the United States!

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 3 years of designing with Figma across multiple platforms such as mobile, web, iOS, Android, etc.
• You have 5 years of digital product design experience with software in a B2B or B2C external facing role communicating with the end user
• You have 2 years of experience working in a collaborative environment with product managers, software engineers, and designers
• You have strong communication skills, including the ability to present research, ideas, wireframes, tests results, and prototype designs clearly

What Winning Looks Like: 

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout the product lifecycle
• Create high-quality UI designs, from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and creative team members to ensure designs meet business goals and user needs, fostering a collaborative team environment
• Maintain organized design documentation, including design specifications and guidelines, to ensure clarity and consistency across the product.
• Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team
