POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Facility Services will plan, organize, and manage facilities, equipment, construction projects, and capital improvements across the Covina campus of Masonic Homes of California with capacity of 112 residents, 56 apartment units, and approximately 150,000 sq ft of facilties. This leadership role oversees building equipment and systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence, while managing maintenance programs, capital budgets, and contractor relationships. The Director also leads approximately 20 staff across multiple departments, including Maintenance, Environmental Services, Laundry, Shipping and Receiving, and Purchasing.
