EDISCOVERY PARALEGAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented eDiscovery Paralegal to support our Mass Torts team. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in eDiscovery, with expertise in Everlaw, and a background in mass torts litigation. This role requires someone who can work independently with minimal supervision, manage large-scale document reviews, and ensure seamless organization and retrieval of electronic evidence throughout litigation.
This position can be performed remotely from anywhere within the U.S.; however, candidates may be required to work Pacific Time (PST) hours.
Salary And Benefits $40.00-$50.00/hr
Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualifications for the role.

Job Duties Will Include - Managing eDiscovery workflows from collection to production.
- Handling document review, coding, and privilege logs within Everlaw.
- Assisting with early case assessment, identifying key documents, and organizing evidence.
- Managing large-scale document productions in mass torts and other complex litigation.
- Collaborating with attorneys to ensure efficient document review and case strategy development.
- Assisting in preparing depositions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
- Ensuring compliance with court rules and eDiscovery best practices.
- Coordinating with IT, vendors, and litigation support teams on data management.
Qualification And Requirements - Paralegal certificate required, or qualification under Bus. & Prof. Code
- 6450.
- 3-5 years of eDiscovery experience in a law firm or legal department setting.
- Proficiency in Everlaw is required.
- Experience in mass torts litigation (preferred).
- Knowledge of eDiscovery protocols, document production formats, and privilege logs.
- Familiarity with PACER, CaseAnywhere, Smart Advocate, FileVine, OneLegal, and other legal tech platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work Pacific Time (PST) hours, regardless of location.
