The selected candidate will be responsible for serving as an attending physician providing clinical coverage at Stony Brook University Hospital Emergency Department; teaching and supervising residents and medical students; contributing to successful research programs; and providing service in an administrative capacity as required.
In addition to working at Stony Brook University Hospital, the selected candidate may also work at one of our future acute urgent care centers in Commack and Lake Grove, as well as occasional shifts at Eastern Long Island Hospital based on operational needs.
Required Qualifications:
MD/DO Degree (or foreign equivalent). Completion of Emergency Medicine Residency. Board Certification/Eligibility in Emergency Medicine. Eligible for New York State License.
