Job Title: Emergency Medicine Physician – Nocturnist

On-Site or Remote: On-site

Job Duty Summary:

The Emergency Medicine Nocturnist will manage patient care in a
high-volume, 46-bed Emergency Department. Responsibilities include
patient assessment, treatment, and collaboration with APPs during
overnight hours.

Schedule:

- Hours: 8 PM – 6 AM.

- Full-time: 12 shifts/month (including 2 weekends and a share of
holidays).

- Part-time: 6 shifts/month (including 1 weekend and a share of
holidays).

Salary Range:

- $270/hour, 1099 independent contractor model.

Qualifications

Qualifications (Minimum and Preferred):

Years of Experience: Relevant Emergency Medicine experience preferred.
Specialized Experience: Familiarity with Meditech EMR is beneficial.
Prior Duties: Emergency patient care and management.
Education: ABEM/ABOEM board certification or eligibility preferred.
Licenses: Eligible for a Georgia Medical License and DEA without
restrictions.
Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS required.
Personality Factors: Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and a strong
communicator.
Systems Used: Meditech EMR.
Ideal Candidate Features: Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume
emergency environment.
