Who We're Looking For:

Experienced in Employee Benefits or Sales: Licensed life and health agents are preferred, but a strong sales background and business connections can open the door for you.
People-Oriented: You excel at building relationships and closing deals.
High Integrity: You take pride in providing honest and reliable solutions.
Duties of the Employee Benefits Broker:
Develop and Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with small to medium-sized businesses to understand their employee benefits needs and provide tailored solutions.
Generate New Business: Actively prospect and cultivate leads through networking, referrals, and leveraging existing connections to expand your client base.
