Job Type : Full-time preferably Responsibilities: What we expect from Elam Real Estate Agents:• A strong work ethic and solid morals. • A commitment to complete the training cycle and meet the necessary benchmarks. • The ability to follow instructions and be coachable. • A basic understanding of technology and the ability to learn several computer programs. • Strong communication skills. • Good organizational skills. • Adaptable personality. • The ability and perseverance to overcome obstacles. • Availability to work full-time or part-time if necessary. • A valid driver's license and properly insured vehicle. • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others. Qualifications: Here are some additional actions and attributes you'll need to be successful in working with our company: • Willing to obtain a Real Estate License within 2-3 weeks of joining Elam Or currently licensed (we can assist with understanding the process). • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Attention to detail and desire to succeed. • Be committed to following through with what you say you will do. • Able to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly. • Ability to work as a team within the Elam Family. • Integrity is a Must for our agents. • Sales experience is not necessary, but helpful.
