Our new European Wax Center (EWC) store opened in November 2022 in Fort Myers at the Shops at Market Square. This brand-new center features European Wax Center’s NEW interior brand design which has thus far only been executed at a limited number of centers across the U.S. The prime responsibility of a Wax Specialist at European Wax Center in Fort Myers – Shops at Market Square, is creating an exceptional guest experience, providing an effective wax services and expert consultation with respect to additional services and products that both ensure the success of each service but also post-service aftercare in order to exceed our guests expectations. • Competitive compensation including hourly wages, performance incentives, bonus opportunities and tips
• Compensation estimates: $20 - $40+ per hour

Job Duties: * Provide the highest quality wax service while maintaining a cheerful and positive attitude * Educate guests on European Wax Center's 4 Step to Gorgeous Process, Wax Passes, in-center offers and the benefits to consistent waxing * Responsible for following all corporate policies and procedures * Maintaining cleanliness and organization of their wax suite and supply areas * Being a team player and working toward common goals of the center Job Qualifications: * Possess an Esthetician / Cosmetology License * Comfortable performing all body and facial waxing services offered at EWC * Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include morning, evening, and weekends * Possess a positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor * A passion for the beauty industry and making others look and feel their best * Enjoy providing exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment * The ability to positively receive and implement feedback Benefits: * Competitive compensation including hourly wages, performance incentives, bonus opportunities and tips * Free Waxing and product discounts * Paid Training * Employment growth opportunities European Wax Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer!
