The Position:

We are looking for Field Network Engineers that want to be a part of a team providing network and IT services for over 500 customers supporting network installation, troubleshooting, and break fix services for a diverse group of business. Willing to traveling from site to site to provide customer and professional services is required. Candidates need to be customer driven. Effective communication/documentation skills, attention to detail, and experience in networking, data equipment, PCs, cabling, fiber optics, or security devices and/or willing to learn are vital to succeed in this role. We are seeking an initiative-taking, problem solving, and collaborative individuals

• Minimum of one year experience installing low voltage cable.
• Minimum of one year experience in restoring services by troubleshooting and replacing failed components.
• Computer skills including configuring network gear and using Microsoft Office.
• Technical and interpersonal skills working with Network Operations Centers.
• Ability to be on-call on a rotating schedule with other team members.
• Must have a basic laptop, smart phone, hotspot and telecom hand tools or the ability to get them.

The Location:

Interconnect dispatches team members from their home no need to go to a central office and do busy work. We set up coverage areas with its customers. We cover a 350-mile radius from city center. Travel is required with some overnight stays to better serve customers and grow markets.
