About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Finance Manager, Net Revenue to join our dynamic, remote team! In this role, you'll be part of a culture dedicated to patient-focused, whole-person care, and will have a direct impact on the financial strategies of healthcare organizations across multiple regions.
As the Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting a team of finance professionals, guiding a network of hospitals, medical groups, and risk-based entities. You'll use the Kodiak RCA (Revenue Cycle Analytics) system to help streamline financial operations and ensure smooth communication between corporate FP&A and local finance teams. Your work will focus on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and improving operational KPIs, making you a key player in driving financial performance and operational improvements.
You'll also collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze revenue and expense data, summarize divisional performance, and assist with various financial reporting tasks. Your expertise will help create and maintain standardized best practices for financial processes across teams.
What You'll Do:
Provide critical support to the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Use Kodiak RCA to enhance financial operations, and act as a liaison between corporate FP&A and local finance teams.
Collaborate with divisional leadership and experts to analyze key financial data, including revenue and expense trends.
Support divisional teams with ad-hoc financial reporting, project-based work, and complex analysis using tools like Essbase, HFM, and advanced Excel models.
Foster a culture of best practices in financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, across multiple regions.
What We're Looking For:
At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related roles, preferably in healthcare or multi-facility organizations.
Strong experience with Kodiak RCA or similar revenue cycle analytics platforms.
Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Expertise with financial reporting tools, especially Essbase and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create complex financial models and perform detailed analysis.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with corporate and local finance teams, as well as divisional leadership.
Ability to synthesize complex financial data and identify key performance indicators for operational improvements.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting.
Education & Certifications:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Preferred: MBA with a finance concentration, HFMA or FACHE certifications, Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Additional Details:
Occasional travel may be required.
