Front of House Team Member - Chick-fil-A

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Smile and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically with guests
  • Make emotional connections with guests to provide an exceptional dining or drive-thru experience
  • Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
  • Multitask quickly and efficiently
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Work on your feet for several hours at a time
  • Work outside in any weather condition
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Applicant must be 16 years of age or older
  • Consistency and reliability

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask efficiently
  • Works well independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
