What You'll Be Doing:
Reception & Office Support:
HR & Communications Support:
Provide administrative support for the Human Capital Management (HCM) system, including onboarding and learning modules.
Assist with coordinating new hire orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Maintain training records and help employees navigate the learning management system.
Own the creation, editing, and distribution of the monthly company newsletter, gathering content, writing articles, and coordinating with departments for updates.
Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
