Full-Time Experienced Nanny/Household Manager Position - Metairie, LA (NEW ORLEANS AREA) $62,400 - $74,800 per year plus bonuses!

Pay: $30-35 per hour

Start date: ASAP

Hours : Monday - Friday 11am-7pm with flexibility to work occasional evening events, $75 stipend for overnights.

Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Benefits: Holiday bonus! birthday bonus! one week paid vacation, two personal days, paid holidays (three major holidays off and paid)

Seeking a dedicated Full Time Live-in Nanny/House Manager for a busy family with four young children (ages 7, 5, two 3-year-olds and one month old, ) and growing. Looking for a "rockstar" nanny to be a part of the family long-term. Ideal candidates has experience ranging from infant to elementary age children, and can multitask and assist with day-to-day household management while providing excellent care for multiple children. This would also be a great position for any candidates who have worked as a school teacher or daycare provider.

Responsibilities :

• Provide loving and structured care for the children
• Manage daily routines: pick-up/drop-off, bath time, bedtime routine, and driving to extracurricular activities.
• Help with light meal preparation and serve meals to the children.
• Assist with light household tasks such as children’s laundry and keeping their play areas tidy.
• Limit screen time and engage children in creative and educational activities, such as reading, games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.
• Maintain a safe and stimulating environment—there’s a pool in the backyard, so swimming supervision is important.
• Be a team player in managing the household’s daily functions.

• Occasionally assist with family pets (a Lab mix, 10 years old but active).

Qualifications :

• Must have experience caring for multiple children, including young ones (babysitting, nanny, or other professional childcare experience).
• Must have experience caring for infants.
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Reliable transportation for driving children to activities.
• Must be an excellent driver
• Comfortable with light meal prep and basic household duties.
• Creative, energetic, and able to provide structure.
• Comfortable working in a family-oriented, team-based environment.
• Willingness to commit to at least one to two years with the family.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
• Must be authorized to work in the US

• Provide 3-5 professional references
