Position: Growth Hacker

Your Role:As a Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated marketing campaigns to drive engagement and optimize growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated re-engagement campaigns on social media platforms (WeChat, WhatsApp) and via email.
• Use tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Phantombuster, ActiveCampaign, and Winddle to automate and optimize re-engagement processes.
• Analyze performance data and adjust strategies based on results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate campaign feedback.
• Set up campaign animations based on seasonality and business history.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in growth hacking and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier, Phantombuster, ActiveCampaign).
• Strong awareness of market tools and AI-enhanced tools.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, particularly WeChat and WhatsApp.
• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in B2B sectors.
• Knowledge of Asian markets is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing and growth hacking.
