What You’ll Do:

As a Guest Services Agent, you will:

• Greet and register guests, ensuring a warm and friendly arrival experience.
• Assist with check-outs and ensure a seamless departure process.
• Showcase your knowledge of our hotel, services, and local area to assist guests with inquiries.
• Use your problem-solving skills to handle guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Apply up-selling techniques to enhance guest stays and maximize room occupancy.
• Provide efficient, accurate, and friendly service with every interaction.
