Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and professional Lead Case Manager to join our team. The Lead Case Manager will be responsible for managing inbound phone calls and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Manage inbound calls and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Review submitted documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee office and medical supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and repairs.
• Organize maintenance services to ensure the office remains clean, safe, and that all appliances are functional
• Address and resolve office-related issues and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Manage office budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.
• Coordinate and schedule exams.
• Maintain office records and files, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a senior customer service representative
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage positively with employees and clients.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
