About Team
The Observability and Storage team plays a pivotal role in enabling Target's $100B+ retail platform by providing essential cloud platform capabilities. We empower engineering teams across Target to understand and improve the reliability and performance of their products. Additionally, our team delivers object store capabilities critical to our AI, MLOps, and data storage strategies.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer to lead a team in the design, development, and delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in backend technologies, front-end technologies, and software architecture to deliver end-to-end solutions. As a lead, you'll mentor junior developers, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive technical innovation within the team.
