The Leadership Administrative Partner will be responsible for providing administrative support to the SVP of Vehicle Programs and their teams. This person will be the go-to person for calendar management, organizing team-building and social events, arranging travel, submitting expenses, setting up internal meetings and other administrative duties. This person will also work on ad-hoc projects and events. The Leadership Administrative Partner will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, exercise mature and professional judgment, be able to operate with confidentiality and discretion, have experience working with senior management, and have outstanding time management skills.
This role will be based in Irvine, CA and may require work outside of normal business hours.
The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
Salary range for California Based Applicants: $77,800 -$103,150 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
