As the Data Analytics Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Install and maintain adequate data warehouse to centrally store legal & compliance data, in accordance with security and confidentiality requirements.
  • Install any necessary connections, processes for data extraction, load and transformation (ELT).
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for legal and compliance leadership, associates and business partners.
  • Source data/metrics for dashboard support.
  • Work with other teams and/or projects to supply data visualization and processing.
  • Make available data stored in the legal & compliance data warehouse to other data analysts within the legal and compliance teams and business partners.
  • Coordinate training and development of legal & compliance associates in data analytics.
  • Provide insights regarding data analyzed and trends to produce actionable recommendations to legal and compliance leadership


The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analysis or similar degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Data Analysis or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, model and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, ability to derive timely meaning and insights from data, present finds and explain reasoning.
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, data flow and segmentation techniques
  • Clear data analytics and management skills with knowledge of Excel, Access, Sharepoint, SQL, Power Apps, PowerBI, Python or other similar data extraction, transformation and visualization tools.


It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Working with or within a Corporate Legal Department


Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Math, Computer Science or related field.
    • Relevant certification.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, data management, or a related role.
    • Proven experience with data analysis, data management, data extraction and visualization.
    • Experience in a legal environment or understanding of legal terminology and processes is a plus.

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $80,000-$110,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
