Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistic Coordinator to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of products, materials, and services, as well as maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics process, including inventory management, shipping, and delivery of goods.
• Oversee relationships with suppliers, vendors, and shipping partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability to meet demand.
• Maintain and update records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory status using our internal systems.
• Troubleshoot any logistical issues that may arise, from delays to quality control problems, and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and customer service, to ensure alignment and efficiency in operations.
• Manage logistics-related documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, and shipping confirmations.
• Analyze supply chain performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of international shipping, customs, and import/export regulations is a plus.
