We pride ourselves in making certain that parcels and mail are delivered to individuals who are not available to receive them at the given time. We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Support Specialist who is attentive and considers every detail. Job Description: Our clients rely on us to assist them with their packages and mail. As a Logistics Support Specialist, it will be your responsibility to receive, categorize, and store packages and mail in a safe way. This position requires a quick learner and someone who can work with a set routine. Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and attaching mail and packages for the client who is out of the office.
• Make use of task lists and put tasks in order to ensure the tasks are completed on time and in a secure manner.
• Arrange for clients to pick up packages at a time that is convenient for them.
• Infrequent alterations to time tables and the arrival of late parcels.
• Weekend support and assistance during peak seasons are available.

Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics and dealing with packages is an advantage.
• The ability to efficiently plan one’s workload and use time resourcefully.
• Casual working hours and last minute arrangements are not an issue.
• Using time to focus on several things at once and ensuring courtesy comes first.
• Meticulous and dependable with good sense of humor.
