Machine Operator – Plastic Polymailer/Polybag Production

Location: Oshkosh

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Compensation: $20/hour

Experience: Machine Operation at Least 1 Year

We are seeking a Machine Operator , operating plastic polymailer and polybag manufacturing equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong math skills to develop a career in manufacturing. No prior polymailer/polybag operating experience is required—we provide comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor plastic polymailer/polybag machines to ensure efficient production
Adjust machine settings and perform measurements to maintain quality standards
Conduct visual inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies
Accurately record production data and maintain documentation
Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with routine maintenance
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality issues
Solid math skills for precise measurements and machine adjustments
Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes quickly
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
