Job Description

JLL's Energy Advisory (EA) team is seeking a Manager to join our dynamic group of experts providing comprehensive strategic, financial, and technical advisory services across the energy, transportation, and water infrastructure sectors. As a Manager, you'll be an essential member of our client-facing delivery team, working on projects ranging from $25 million to $2 billion.

The ideal candidate will have an MBA and a background in architecture or construction, combining business acumen with technical knowledge of built environments. You should have professional experience in developing and implementing power and energy infrastructure projects, with expertise in areas such as microgrids, renewables, distributed energy, or EV charging infrastructure. A technical degree in economics or engineering is required, along with strong project management skills.

Your role will involve advising clients on complex financial structures, procurement strategies, and innovative project delivery methods, including non-recourse project financing, public-private partnerships (P3s), and municipal and corporate financings. You'll contribute to all phases of project lifecycle, from strategic planning and financial feasibility studies to procurement execution and contract negotiation.

Key responsibilities include conducting business case analyses, developing financial models, optimizing technical and operational aspects of projects, and providing sustainability and energy efficiency consulting. You'll also assist in risk management, asset performance monitoring, and restructuring when necessary.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, intellectually curious, and an excellent problem solver. You should be able to deliver innovative, tailored solutions that maximize value for our clients while addressing complex challenges in the rapidly evolving energy and infrastructure landscape.

Join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of energy and infrastructure projects across the United States.
