Description

Under minimal supervision, The Marketing Brand Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the growth and visibility of Gosiger’s diverse portfolio of brands, including Nomura DS, iFP Clean, Automation Within Reach (AWR), and others. This individual will act as a marketing generalist with a focus on strategy, brand development, campaign execution, and content creation. They will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and suppliers to ensure cohesive and impactful brand representation across all platforms. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in marketing strategy, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

In performing all job functions, the Brand Specialist emphasizes quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction within Gosiger and vendors.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal brand divisions, product managers, and suppliers to gain deep product knowledge and identify marketing needs.
  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support brand objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Support in content creation, including collateral, social media posts, brochures, ads, and other marketing materials
  • Assist in website updates, including SEO optimization, content management, and design improvements to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Develop and manage social media content calendars for assigned brands, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging across platforms.
  • Liaise with creative team to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
  • Oversee the assignment, monitoring, and completion of campaign tasks and content creation projects within established timelines.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to execute high-quality projects and campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing data, including campaign performance, conversion rates, and website traffic, to inform future strategies and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive brand identity across all channels.
  • Assist with copywriting and editing for digital and print materials, including blogs, case studies, and press releases.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats for assigned brands.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve marketing processes, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related role.
  • Ability to gain technical knowledge of products and applications
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to drive lead generation & conversion
  • Experience in market research and analytics to better understand market potential
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook as well as the Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Familiarity with content management systems SEO best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
  • Strong team player than can work cooperatively with others to drive results and goals
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, manufacturing, or industrial products is a plus.
  • Experience in HubSpot CRM, Asana Project Management, and SEMrush.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing practices such as SEO/SEM & social media a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service position utilizing interpersonal communication skills emphasizing customer satisfaction.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
