HiPo Talent has partnered with a growing, well-established marketing agency that is seeking a Marketing Client Advisor to join their team in a client-facing, 100% remote role. T his opportunity offers a 4-day workweek, providing work-life balance with no nights, weekends, or travel required. 

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their marketing goals are met.
• Conduct quarterly review meetings with clients to discuss performance metrics and optimization strategies.
• Educate clients on how digital marketing strategies (Google Ads, SEO, content marketing, etc.) impact their business success.
• Maintain client accounts using CRM systems, Google Calendar, and internal communication tools to track deliverables and deadlines.
• Monitor client satisfaction, proactively identifying and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing deliverables are executed efficiently and on time.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Marketing Consulting.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, Google Ads, and online reputation management.
• Exceptional communication skills—ability to explain marketing concepts clearly and concisely.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and internal communication platforms.
• Reliable, proactive, and results-driven—committed to providing the best client experience.
