JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in driving growth and expanding our client base. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships with vendors. You will play a key role in fostering our company’s growth through the implementation of various marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a strategic, independent thinker with proven experience in data analysis, marketing, and CRM systems, and thrives in a versatile, results-driven environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company revenue goals and expand customer reach.
  • Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the product team to integrate new processes for maximizing sales and marketing effectiveness
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and adjust sales and marketing efforts based on performance data.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of content across email, social media, and other digital channels to generate leads.
  • Oversee the development of promotional materials, ensuring they reflect the brand and effectively target the audience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Management (Real Estate experience not required!)
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing tools (social media, SEO, Google/Facebook analytics, etc.).
  • General knowledge of traditional forms of marketing (ex: direct mail, TV advertising, pay per click leads, etc. ).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to utilize and create various spreadsheets.
  • Highly organized, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a focused, dynamic environment with an emphasis on results.
  • Passion for technology, real estate, and innovation, with a keen understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Must live within commutable distance of the Colorado Springs area

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
