We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives and campaigns to enhance brand visibility, attract leads, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for marketing.

Key Accountabilities

• Marketing Campaign Support:
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Telix's products and enhance brand awareness.
  • Work closely with marketing managers to develop campaign timelines, budgets, and project plans.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, promotional items, and digital assets.
  • Support content creation and management of social media channels
  • Collaborate with Brand & Marketing Managers to develop email marketing strategy, content development, and execution
  • Support management of agency relationships
  • Collaborate closely with corporate communications to ensure brand alignment.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Data Management and Analysis:
  • Manage marketing databases and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Extract, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, including campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
• Process Optimization:
  • Streamline marketing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing operations and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration to enhance marketing operations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, medical affairs, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and information sharing between internal stakeholders to drive cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Assist in organizing and attending marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars, to promote company products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of marketing activities, expenses, and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve marketing efforts.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms. Experience with SalesForce and Marketing Cloud is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and resourceful approach to challenges.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles is desirable.
• A passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies.
