**What You Will Be Doing:**
As a **Marketing Partnership Specialist (MPS)**, you’ll be at the heart of our client engagement process. You will work directly with clients to design and manage strategic partnerships in areas like paid partnerships, corporate sponsorships, and influencer marketing campaigns. Your role will be to understand each client’s unique needs and identify the best partners for their goals. You’ll collaborate closely with the partnership team and client sales managers to ensure seamless execution at every stage of the partnership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Identifying & Recruiting Corporate Partners**: You will hand-select top corporate partners for each client by thoroughly understanding the client’s vision and goals.
* **Building Long-Term Relationships**: Cultivate lasting relationships with corporate partners, agencies, marketing teams, and influencer management professionals to foster collaboration and mutual success.
* **Collaboration**: Work closely with the partnership team, client sales managers, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the strategic partnership are executed smoothly.
* **Campaign Execution**: Oversee the implementation of partnership strategies, ensuring they align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.

* **Lead Generation Experience**: Strong knowledge and experience in lead generation is essential. Training in agency-specific processes will be provided.
