What you’ll be doing

1. Develop and maintain relationships with the Convention and Visitors Bureaus (CVB), other community organizations and local business to promote tourism and enhance the visitor experience
2. Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement while ensuring consistent brand messaging
3. Engage with followers on social medial platforms and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
4. Capture and edit high-quality photographs and videos that align with our brand voice and goals
5. Plan and coordinate community events and outreach initiatives to foster positive community relations
6. Order and distribute marketing rack cards to our campus locations, CVBs, and other suitable locations
7. Manage email contact list
8. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or Campus Director

Skills you’ll bring along

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
2. 1 - 3 years of experience in marketing or sales
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
4. Strong understanding of current marketing concepts and best practices
5. Excellent photography, videography, and photo/video editing skills
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Job Type

1. Full time M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm
2. This is an onsite position in Middlebury, IN (no remote work)
