Bilingual Trade Marketing Specialist – Consumer Products

What You’ll Do

• Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies – Plan and implement commercial activities to increase sell-out and boost brand performance .
• Enhance Retail Presence – Create impactful POP materials and marketing assets to maximize product visibility and drive consumer engagement.
• Campaign & Merchandising Execution – Oversee planning, rollout, and optimization of trade marketing campaigns to expand product assortment.
• On-Site Execution & Field Visits – Monitor in-store execution, evaluate opportunities, and collaborate with distributors to ensure optimal sales performance.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization – Conduct pre and post-campaign analysis to improve future marketing initiatives.

What You Bring

• Degree in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Sales
  2+ years of experience in mass consumption/FMCG industries
  Bilingual proficiency in Spanish & English
  Advanced skills in Excel & PowerPoint
  Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, high-paced environment
