We are seeking a dynamic Marketing/Growth Specialist to drive business growth through innovative strategies and data-driven analysis. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a creative mindset, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Development & Management

   • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
   • Manage SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising efforts to maximize reach and engagement.
   • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate and improve campaign performance.

2. Strategy & Analysis

   • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to develop actionable insights.
   • Use data to identify opportunities for improving acquisition, retention, and overall ROI.
   • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

3. Creative Innovation

   • Generate and implement innovative marketing ideas to drive brand awareness and loyalty.
   • Develop engaging content strategies tailored to the target audience.
   • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools.

4. Optimization & Reporting

   • Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs and goals.
   • Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency in SEO, email marketing platforms, and social media advertising tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique marketing ideas.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience conducting A/B tests and optimizing campaigns based on findings.
• Knowledge of customer lifecycle management and strategies for improving retention.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
